Replacement for Pivot Shoe (Pennco)

I need help identifying the replacement for the broken pivot show for a Pennco window. No other markings are visible.

Your pivot shoe looks like our pivot lock shoe 15-208. This is usually used with a custom made Series 785 balance that has a 16-105 hook attached.
