Can 40-058 Replace a for ProVia storm door latc

I have a 6 year old ProVia storm door (and entry door).  The latch on the storm door has now broken a second time -- the interior spring breaks -- it appears to be ProVia model DH232, contemporary curve in brass.  Can this set be used as a replacement without the need to redrill holes in storm door?  If not, what replacement would you suggest?

I'm not sure, I'm unfamiliar with the ProVia brand. We have detailed dimensions for the 40-058 that you can use as a reference, that should tell you whether you'd have to redrill holes or not.
