Thanks for posting! This window latch has been discontinued and is no longer available. The best solution we can recommend is converting the window to use surface mounted latches, which would make future repairs a lot more simple.

To complete this conversion we suggest using latches like the 26-228 and 26-229, but any variety of screw-in, surface mounted latches will work for this. Take a look at the tutorial below for instructions of how to complete the conversion.
