Replacement for Silverline window sash lock 2-1/16

We have Silverline windows in our 2016 house. The levers have been breaking off quite frequently. Do you have a replacement? The center to center mounting dimension is 2-1/16. From hole center to front edge is 11/16. The capture piece is 9/32 from mating edge to glass. Preferably a replacement of better quality. Thanks
