Replacement for Spring balance for my windows

Hi, please help me identify the spring balance for my windows? Attached are the photos. The channel is 33". I can't quite tell what window brand we have... if you can tell from markings on the channel please let me know.

Hey Arif. Can you show us more pictures of the 'depth' or guts of the metal channel? Some balances from the West Coast have a special configuration we must account for. We'll do our best to narrow this down from there.
