Thanks for writing in. See our 26-121 Top Tilt Latch, along with its left-handed counterpart, the 26-120. Look over the listed dimensions and compare them with your old parts. See if you think these are what you're looking for.

One of the side latches is broken and I'd like to replace it.
I have visited a hardware store but have not been able to find one. Could you please assist?
