Replacement for a George & CO INC cank operator

Good Morning,

I am searching for a replacement crank operator for some old wood windows I have. I included two pictures of the operator. One picture is the overall operator and the other picture is a close up of the operator's arm. It is hard to make out what writing is on the operator arm. It is something like George ? & CO INC, Phila, PA USA.

Should I also replace the operator track? If yes, which one should I order?

Thanks for contacting us, Paul. It's hard to say what will work since yours seems so old. I'm also not familiar with that brand name. That said, look at our 39-021 and see what you think. This appears similar, though it has two protrusions on each side that worry me. Do you think you could cut away part of the wood will to make room for them? Let me know what you think.
