Replacement for a Ronthor Reis Corp. Draw Guide

I need a replacement part for a Ronthor Reis Corp. R-40-28 draw guide. Older posts say to go with a Swissco 32-036, but that doesn't seem to be available anymore. Do you have another replacement part?

I believe in this case you could go with our 32-118 back bearing as a replacement for your existing piece.
