Center-to-center of (hole) post distance is 3". Nubs are each 1/4" long, fitting hole of at least 3/16" diameter. Style and color is as seen below.

1 - Do you have anything that even fits?
2 - If yes, how close can you match color?
3 - If yes, how close can you match style?

Hello! 

We don't carry this exact pull but our 22-206 is similar and has 3" hole center spacing. Look this over and see what you think.
