We don't have an exact match but take a look at our 32-345 hinge and compare the dimensions to see if this could possibly work as a substitute. Thanks for posting!

What is the diameter of the hole (see attached picture)?

The recessed cup of the hinge measures about 1-3/8".

First the bad news: this is not an exact duplicate of the Blum hinge. The good news is that it works, and it works much better than the Blum hinge!
