Replacement for bottom closet track

I need to replace the bottom closet tracks for the Stanley mirrored closet doors. Looks like the closet doors may be model number 1718952.

These look like our 23-242 track and 23-041 roller. Take a look at the dimensions on our product page to make sure that everything matches up. Thank you!
