Replacement for brittle kerf seal

A home owner from Grand Junction, Colorado says:

Kerf type bronze window seal. Misshapen and brittle. Do you have a seal that would work.
Maybe a bubble seal.

Thank you for posting. I've actually never seen anything like this. Is this off of a window or door? Can you also tell me who the manufacturer is?

It is on a casement window manufactured by Marvin Windows installed in 1984.
