Replacement for broken Larson Storm Door strike plate

I'm looking to purchase a replacement strike plate for a Larson storm door. There are no part numbers visible on either the strike plate or the lock set. The lock set has the name Larson stamped on the door edge hardware, but no identifying numbers. I've uploaded 5 pictures to aid you in identifying the hardware.

I'd be grateful if you can tell me where I can purchase a replacement strike plate.
