Replacement for broken balances for Tilt-in window double hung

I'm hoping you can help determine what the part I need.  I have a bunch of broken ones.

Thanks for writing in! We cannot supply you with the replacement channel balance for your existing balances but we believe our S795-28 with a 28C stamp could work as a suitable replacement. You'll need to use the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe.

You will need to purchase the shoe along with the balance assemblies and swap them out with the shoe the balances come assembled with. Take a look at the video below for an idea on how to install the shoe.
