Replacement for broken crank

Question

Hi,
I am trying to source a replacement crank arm for a high end window/awning in Hawaii. These are the only pics our client provided. I do not know the manufacturer. Not sure if we can only replace the crank arm or need to do the whole hardware (of the closer).

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the operator assembly fully removed from the window, along with written out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. The installation hole spacing and diameter at the hole at the end of the arm that connects to the window linkage are key measurements.
