Replacement for broken medicine cabinet hinge

The only markings I see are HR on the hinge on one side
And the numbers 3 and 45 on the on the other end of the hinge, and the word
Sophia on the door.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide an exact match for your original hinge. The closest we carry is the 32-344, but I am hesitant it will fir the cabinet correctly. Please review the overall specifications to see how they compare. I apologize that we cannot supply a direct fit.
