Replacement for damaged weatherstrip/ sweep on door

To further review, would it be possible to see the end profile of the door sweep? I wonder if you could use the 58-176 style that fits onto 1-3/4" thick doors. This sweep wraps around the bottom of the door and installs on the one side with screws. Take a look at the diagram below and let me know what you think!
