Replacement for door handle

Hi, we have a COle Sewell screen door that is about 25-30 years old. The doorknob has broken off and the interior seems to be worn out. I understand this company is no longer in business. Are there replacement parts to be had?

Carefully look over the dimensions for each and compare them to your original hardware to see if either match what you need.
