I need a replacement for this handle assembly, but there doesn't seem to be a model or part number on it. Can you identify it? I can take more photos of it helps.

Sure, looking at what you have here I feel pretty confident that you can use our 82-030 as a replacement. We also sell the 82-310 key lock.
