Replacement for my sliding glass door handle and lock mechanism

Hello, 
I am hoping you can help me figure out what I need to buy in order to replace my sliding glass door handle and lock mechanism. It was broke recently during an appliance delivery. When put back on I realized I couldn't move the latch. Upon removing the handle etc I noticed the latch was snapped off and when I brought it in to my local Home Depot they told me the inner lock was broken as well. They gave me the name of your company. Hope you can help me figure out what I need they will fit my slider! Thank you so much.
