Replacement for rod balances

Hi, I need to replace my old rod balances. As far as I understand I have an 850 series, but I found on your website that the 795 series is suitable. Is it true? The weight of the window is 15.8lbs, what is the correct code that I can able to order them from you? Thank you very much for your help.

That is true, yes, but only if the diameter of the spring is 1/2". The video below will go into more detail as to how it works and what you need to do to install it.
