Replacement for rusted parts

Home Owner from Savannah, GA
Dear Sir,
Could you help me identify the pivot arms and slides for this True model? I do not mind buying a few varieties to test. I really appreciate your help'

Hello! Looks like you need a new hinge assembly. It's very tough to say what kind you have based on its current condition, but judging by the fact that your window also uses a Truth brand operator, and just going by its general design, I think I can still help.

My top recommendation is going to be our 36-004-10. Now, this won't be identical to your original, so make sure that you replace the top and bottom at the same time; the 36-004-10 set comes with a pair of hinges, so we have you covered there. Also try your best to measure the length of the base track to ensure that it's the same size at 10". Easier said than done, I know, but that's the major dimensional consideration you need to make so it's worth giving a shot.

Aside from that, be prepared to drill new holes just in case. There are good odds that most of the holes on our 36-004-10 will align with your originals, but it never hurts to be prepared. You'll also note that our 36-004-10 is stainless steel, so this kind of corrosion hopefully won't be an issue in the future.

Please feel free to reach out if you had any other questions. We're always here to help.
