This reminds me of our 84-050 roller, but ours has a screw tab on the back end that yours lacks. Could you have had one and it broke off?

There is an attachment screw at top to connect to frame And Anothe screw perpendicular to that one to adjust the height of the wheel.

I'm not sure if your roller is still available. The 84-050 that Tom recommended appears to be the best option we have. It does similar to the one you need and I believe it can be used on a 3/8" thick track, though I can't guarantee that it will work. I'm sorry we don't have anything closer.
