Replacement for slider handles

Question

Handles are 10inches, with mounting screws on 3 15/16 inches. Duel latches. Need about six sets to replace broken ones

Hello there. See the 82-089 and keyed 82-086. I believe this handle set design can work as a substitute. Please compare.
