We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we can go any further, can you tell me how many you need? Can you also tell me the exact weight of the sash that they support? |

Thank you. What I think may work is using our 35" long S770-35, but replacing the clip that usually comes at the end of the cord with the 15-044 instead. It also looks like you need a rivet in the second-to-top hole so that you can reuse your old S-clip. Finally, we would opt for the 35C stamp option, which can carry 22 through 27 pounds. Does that sound good to you? I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for five balances built to these specifications. If you wanted to make any changes, please let me know here and I'd be happy to do so. |

I'm sorry, can you specify what was missing? The "block and tackle" is the pulley and spring system inside the metal channel balance, and if that's missing then it's a huge oversight. They're literally built into the metal channel. If you're instead referring to the pivot shoe, then these are sold separately. You can add them to your cart directly from our site at your convenience. |

Great! Please let me know if you had any other questions, we'd be happy to help. |

We very well may have the balances you need for this window, but that sticker doesn't tell me anything, unfortunately. As you did for the balances we discussed previously, we'll need detailed photos of the original balances removed from the window. |

Hello again! I agree with each of the products you picked out. They look like they match these parts very closely. I'm sorry to say that we don't have a match for this sash stop you show. That looks like the only thing in this group that we aren't able to supply. I apologize for the inconvenience. |
