Replacement for the channel and lock shoe

A quick learner from Westampton NJ says:
The lock shoe was similar in shape to your Code 15-135. But a replacement was given as your code 15-169.
The length of the channel is almost 35.5 X 0.5 X 0.5

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we can go any further, can you tell me how many you need? Can you also tell me the exact weight of the sash that they support?

A quick learner from Westampton NJ says:
The weight of the shash both top and bottom seems to be the same 25.74lbs.
I might need 5 or 7.
I might have to get more later depending on how the repairs come along.
Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thank you. What I think may work is using our 35" long S770-35, but replacing the clip that usually comes at the end of the cord with the 15-044 instead. It also looks like you need a rivet in the second-to-top hole so that you can reuse your old S-clip. Finally, we would opt for the 35C stamp option, which can carry 22 through 27 pounds.

Does that sound good to you? I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for five balances built to these specifications. If you wanted to make any changes, please let me know here and I'd be happy to do so.

A quick learner from Westampton NJ says:
Ok. Waiting for the invoice and specifications.
Thanks

I got the replacement channel but without the block and tackle.
Thought it was part of the cost.
I provided the pictures for it as either 15-135 or 15-169

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm sorry, can you specify what was missing? The "block and tackle" is the pulley and spring system inside the metal channel balance, and if that's missing then it's a huge oversight. They're literally built into the metal channel.

If you're instead referring to the pivot shoe, then these are sold separately. You can add them to your cart directly from our site at your convenience.

A quick learner from Westampton NJ says:
Thanks.
It was my oversight.
I think I have enough of the pivot shoe.
I appreciate your help in getting the spring system to me. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We very well may have the balances you need for this window, but that sticker doesn't tell me anything, unfortunately. As you did for the balances we discussed previously, we'll need detailed photos of the original balances removed from the window.

A quick learner from Westampton NJ says:
Need two spring balances, a sash stopper and a sliding door roller. Will be sending upload pictures separating since maximum is 5.
All windows are two spring. Width of spring is 3/4in and weighs 0.31lbs.
1st window top sash is 21.89lbs and bottom sash is 23.38lbs.
2nd window top sash is 18.18lbs and bottom sash is 19.09lbs.
They are all on double tilt windows.

Hi
I think i have located most of the items needed in your catalog.
Need Vent latch 26-122 (14)
Screen door roller 84-074N (4)
In closely looking at the coils I found out they are in good shape.
Need only the shoes. The dimension of the shoe I measured is 1 1/4" x 13/16". These seem to much your 15-192. Will need four(4)
The only thing I could not reference is the top sash stopper as shown attached with dimensions.
Will need four (4)
Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello again! I agree with each of the products you picked out. They look like they match these parts very closely.

I'm sorry to say that we don't have a match for this sash stop you show. That looks like the only thing in this group that we aren't able to supply. I apologize for the inconvenience.

A quick learner from Westampton NJ says:
Thanks for your quick response.
Will go ahead and place these in the online cart.
Will also see what I can use for the sash stopper
