Replacement for this kitchen window crank

A quick learner from Traverse City, MI says:

The window opens to the right. The base is 1" high and 2 and 7/8" wide and the fully extended arm is 12 and 1/2" out to the bar that attaches to the window. That bar has three screw holes. The screw holes on the base are 3 and 3/4' apart and the screw hoes closer to the window are 1/4" higher than those closer to the crank.

There is a code on the metal drip edge that appear to come with the window: 709CC
