Replacement for window balance

Question

Balance is stamped BSI 2730V. The bottom guide is 1 3/32 deep so think it's the 15-004 but can't find a match for the top guide. It has no side tabs is Need help identifying the proper top guide. It has no side tabs and is 1 1/2 inches tall and fits into a 1/2 inch channel. It looks like the 19-002 but doesn't have the "shelf" feature. Help!

Forgot to ask which Top Sash guide! 1 1/2 in tall and 5/8 inch deep

Thanks for writing in. Your channel balance looks like it might be our S350-28. Look it over and see if you agree. For a stamp option, use 2730. As far as your top sash guide goes, I'm not quite as certain. Start by viewing our 18-166; go over the dimensions and see if it could match what you need.
