Replacement for window crank operator w/Truth 30744B split arm

A quick learner from Glendora, CA says:
I am able to open it, but unable to close it. I'd like to replace the whole thing and it looks like 39-187 would be the right choice, but I also saw the 39-089 and want to know the difference.
Does it matter that the detach clip in both of the above parts that you sell slides under the arm instead of over like in mine?
Also, does the gray part in photo #4 need replacement as well and please let me know if there are any other parts that you would recommend for me to get.
Thank you in advance for your advice and have a great day!

Hello,

The difference between these two operators is the orientation of the base arm. Yours appears the have an "M" shape like the 39-187. As for the detach clip, you can remove it and reattach it to the top of the arm.

The black guide in your photo is not available on its own but is part of the 36-048 hinge set. Thank you!

A quick learner from Glendora, CA says:
Hi,
Could you let me know which crank handle is compatible with the 39-187 operator?

That would be the 39-114L, which you can also find under the related items' sections on both operator's product pages.
