Your mortise appears similar to our 82-218. Look it over and see if you agree. Note that the slot that takes the thumb lever tail is angled at 45 degrees. You should check to confirm that yours is similarly angled.

As for the handle, there could be a lot of possible replacements. The 82-218 is personally compatible with about half of our inventory. Can you show me a photo of the existing handle? Can you also tell me the distance between its two installation holes, center-to-center?
