Replacement guide/slider

I am looking for a replacement guide/slider that attaches directly to the vinyl sash both on the bottom and top. It allows the window to pivot and attach to the slider bracket on the window frame. It is for a weathershield series proshield casement window.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid that track slider is not sold separately from the hinges. See the 10" 36-004-10 Hinge Set. Take a look and see if you think these hinges could work for you.
