Replacement hand crank needed for casement window

Question

I just received an order from you (39-375) which was too small.
Do you have a slightly larger size?

I need a crank that is 3.5 inches long and 3/4 in thick. The post it fits is 5/16 on an inch

Hey there! We do not have a cover larger than the 39-375. You may have better luck contacting your window manufacturer for a replacement, if they are still in business. You may be able to try a local hardware store.
