This is from a Ply Gem window installed new in 2010. There is a number inside the handle, OPO6-1520. The handle is 4-5/8 inches long. The spline itself has 12 teeth, it is 1/4 inch inside the teeth. The piece that fits over the spline has 10 teeth giving it room where the lock screw fits. It's a right hand opening window.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the diameter of the spline? We don't have anything in 1/4". Don't count the teeth when you measure, just the diameter of the hole itself. I would wager it'll be more like 11/32". If it is, then I recommend our 39-232.
