My handle is one-sided and attaches to the interior frame of the door.
4"x 2" and screw holes are 3-1/4" apart.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a one-sided handle like this. The 83-003 and 83-127 both measure 3-1/4" on the installation hole center spacing, however. They're our best options and we can't promise they'll work for you but take a look at the specifications and see think.
