In the attached pdf I have detailed the issue. I am looking to replace 24 exterior finger style handle with a square cup style handle, thus making it easier to open and close heavy hurricane impact resistant doors.
The challenge is that the center hole to hole measurement of the exterior handle is 4 7/8" and the interior handle measurement is 6".
I am open to any and all suggestions.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Hello,
Your handle set resembles the 82-271 at first glance but note that both handles have 4-15/16" hole spacing. IT is unusual for the inside and outside handles to have different hole spacing since they would normally engage in the same place in the mortise lock.

As for your mortise, we would need to see yours fully removed from the door to confirm if we have a match for the body that you may be able to use with your original faceplate. Thank you!

Casey, thank you for your response. You are correct the handle configuration is similar to 82-271 part. The hole spacing for the handle anchors are mostly likely 4 15/16" instead of 4 7/8". The information initially sent had a detail missing that shows the inside two-part handle (see additional picture attached) is also similar with the same 4 15/16 hole anchors to the mortise lock.
What we need help with: do you have a handle solution that has an outside grip handle that matches the inside grip. Can we purchase a replacement outside "grip handle" that would fit the 4 15/16" holes anchors. Alternatively replace both inside and outside handles, or worst case replace the entire lock set.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this handle set that has an external handle that has the same pull handle as the inside. We apologize for the inconvenience.
