Replacement handle

something like:
I am trying to identify this older patio door inside handle. The screw spacing is 3-15/16”. The door is believed to date from approximately 2004–2010. The inside handle has a wood pull with a black frame. The frame has fractured in two places, but the mortise lock and cam are still functional. I have attached photos of the front, back, broken frame, actuator cam, and measurements. I am looking for either:

the exact replacement handle,
a compatible replacement frame, or
a complete compatible handle/mortise assembly.
