Replacement handle for Silverline patio door

Hello, I would like to buy a replacement patio door handle for a Silverline sliding glass door. It's 12 years old. I took several pictures of the the handle, plus the sticker on the side of the door patio door. Can you please tell me where I can order the correct new door handle to replace the broken one? I have bought two replacement patio door handles at local hardware stores but neither fit my door correctly. ? Thank uou. As s widow, I need to get this replaced asap for my own safety. Thanks!
