Thanks for posting. Cole Sewell is no longer in business, and this exact handle set is no longer available. That said, we've had customers replace handle sets similar to yours with our 40-193 or 40-049. I think either could work, but go over the dimensions listed on the product pages to see if either matches your old handle set. Let us know what you find.
