Replacement handle with exterior keyed lock

I'd like to replace this existing handle with a new one that has an exterior keyed lock.

Sure, check out our 82-081 keyed handle set. I feel pretty confident that this is what you want for your door.

Thanks for getting back to me. On our current latch the measurement on 82-081 that shows as 4 15/16" is 6 1/2". Do you have a solution with that measurement?

I know of no handle set in this style that has that kind of hole spacing. I would triple check that, just to be sure. That would be very, very peculiar.
