Replacement handle with keyed exterior

I have an older aluminum sliding glass door and I want to replace the handle. I would like a latch on the inside and a keyed exterior.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your old handle set isn't made anymore, but it can be replaced by either our 82-030A or 82-030B, depending on the orientation of the thumb lever (centered vs offset).

We also sell the 82-218 mortise lock, but if your original is undamaged then it can be reused.
