Replacement handle with keyed lock for sliding glass door

I am looking to replace a broken handle/lock for my sliding glass door. I believe the handle is the original from when the house was built in 1998. The door may be a Hurd but I cant verify that. The markings on the original handle says PAT#5,092,144. P/N 120-60. Will the legacy 82-086 work with the 82-227 mortise lock? Thanks!

Hello,
Your mortise lock looks like a match to the 82-227. As for the handle set, the 82-086 looks like it could work for you as long as the hole spacing measures 3-15/16" but keep in mind that the thumb latch is fixed in the downward position on this handle. If you need the thumb latch to be centered, you may want to consider our 82-030 with an adjustable thumb latch, which is compatible with our 82-310 key lock. Thank you!
