Replacement handle with lock

Need to replace an "International" handle like this and am looking for one with a lock that can be opened with a key from outside.

I see that you were looking at our 82-077 handle set with 3" hole center spacing. This looks like a good match for what you show here but you'll want to compare our dimensions with yours to confirm everything lines up for what you need.  Unfortunately, we do not sell a keyed version of this handle set. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
