Replacement handle and latch

I need to replace a sliding glass door and latch. No markings on the door. Door installed at the same time as brand "Certainteed" windows. The handle screw holes are 4" center to center. Inside there is a name but I cant read it (img-6142) that starts out "Reflectol..." Looking forward to your assessment. Kate
