Replacement handle/lock set for 1970s (?) sliding door

I'm looking to replace the complete lockset/pull for a 1970s/1980s sliding door. Unsure of the sliding door manufacturer. Had to remove the lockset in its entirety due to a broken handle which revealed a crossthreaded machine screw that I tried to repair but couldn't. The handle/lock is basically shot--the hook lock barely engages and the entire assembly felt loose before I removed it. No amount of tightening the machine screws fixed the slop in the handle. Wooden handle is also shot; someone tried repairing a split in the wood with what looks like superglue. Entire door needs replaced but as of right now we have a hole in the jamb side of the door where the lockset was.

Hey there,
Thanks for writing in! Your patio handle set reminds me of the 82-002 Sliding Door Handle Set. The keyed version of this set is the 82-002K Patio Sliding Handle Set with Keyed Lock. These sets come with a few different teeth and there should be one that matches the 'K' Tooth you set has.
Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing handle set to determine if these are the right fit for your repairs.
