Looking for the handle for a jeld-wen sliding door. Their customer service think it's a hoppe 3 points sliding door handleset. Reference on the door itself is: G0 306 173013147.
Even if it's not excatly the same, anything that would help us not change the whole door would be great. Thank you for your help.

Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer of the door. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
