This is a customer's door. It is a PPG herculite. And as you can see the exterior pull is broken. Are these same sets available? If so, what is the cost, and lead time on an order? It would be shipping to MA. Thanks.

They sure are. See our 82-044 exterior pull, I believe this can work for you. You should be able to re-use your old key lock. We list pricing on the 82-044 store page. As for lead time, we have these in stock.
You may also want to check to make sure your rollers are functioning properly. Usually when I see this kind of damage to a handle, the rollers are the culprit.
