Need upper n lower tracks, rollers for top n bottom. 60" width.

We only have the bottom track, 23-241. I'm not sure that you can still find your style of upper track. Mirror door companies change their style quite often. Try a local glass shop that sells sliding door mirrors. They may be able to help.

Does the bottom track include all the hardware like the wheels or roller sembly?

No, those assemblies are separate. Many different assemblies fit into this track. If you need hardware besides the track, remove it from the door and show it to us!
