Replacement hardware

Are you able to assist in these double sliding door locking hardware. Will require 12 pairs. The exterior handle must have a flush mount. Attached are photos.

Thank you for reaching out to us! The first part to come to mind was our 82-030 handle set but your mortise lock is very odd. I can verify that we don't sell an exterior handle that would be compatible with this hardware while also being flush mount so that'll be a problem.

Before we go any further, can you confirm the make and model of this door if possible? Can you also show us photos of your mortise lock removed from the door?
