I do not see any serial numbers or brand markings on this hardware. Are you able to tell from the pictures what this would be? Thank you for your help

Thanks for posting. The white piece is a damaged tilt latch. It might be something like our 26-243 and 26-244 pair, which is a commonly seen design, but you'll need to compare to an undamaged tilt latch, removed from the window, to determine if this pair matches what you have. 

The spiral rod is a spiral balance for a tilt-window. Unfortunately this spiral balance is too damaged for us to properly identify it. Again, we advise procuring a spiral balance of the same size, either the other from this window or from an identical window in the house. The videos below show how to remove and replace spiral balances, and also the details we will need to know from you to identify the right replacement. Let me know if you have further questions.
