Replacement hardware casement window operator

Home Owner from Morrison, Colorado USA
So glad to have found your site!! I have a number of worn out TRUTH casement window operators in my home that were installed in the mid 1980s. I'm trying to identify the model and if replacement hardware (or substitute hardware) is available.
Not skilled with this type of work I've hesitated to disassemble the window sash in search of model or other identifying numbers.
The wideth of the operator and the cutout in the sash to accomodate it is 5 inches. Would be grateful for any help or advice.

Hello there! I am sure we can help, but I am afraid we will need to see the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window, to properly identify what you have. A bird's eye view would be best. If you don't want to remove the operators just yet, opening the window should suffice. We should be able to narrow this all down from there.

Thanks for getting back to me. That's perfect, thanks. It looks this operator might be the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm type. Just make sure the dimensions of the arms match what is shown below. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
