Replacement hardware for Pado lockset

Question

I have a Pado lockset (and kick plate) I would like to replace. The existing lockset is pictured it say Pado and Latao. The photos are taken with a tape measure for measurements. I would like to replace with nickel hardware.

I'm actually not sure if that lock set is still available. I've used our 40-049 lock set as a substitute, but you might have to retrofit it to your door. What do you think?
